Q: At what
time do I have to get my package to Glen Park Mail Depot in order to get it sent out the same day?
A: FedEX
Express pickup is exactly at 4:45. USPS, FedEX Ground, UPS Ground and UPS NextDay, 2ndDay is a is exactly at 4:00. Unless
your package is already packed and ready to ship. please arrive at least 10 minutes early.
Q: Is my shipment
guaranteed to arrive in a certain time frame?
A: This depends on the shipping method that you selected.

Q: What is
oversize or dimensional weight?
A: These are rules that are designed to make sure that larger and lighter
shipments that take up more room on the trucks and airplanes are charged at a fair rate. Please refer to Shipping services
and rules page for more detail about these rules.
Q: How do I track my package?
A: FedEX
and UPS comes with tracking numbers which you can use to track your shipment. Tracking USPS packages is available at extra
cost.
Q: Do you take prepaid or bill to account shipments?
A: Yes we do. We accept
all UPS and FedEx overnight envelopes billed to individual and third party accounts.
Q: Can I ship
Perishables?
A: Yes! We recommend that you freeze the food and bring it in with a few cooler ice packs.
For extra insulation, we will then need to bubble wrap the items and give it at least 1" of peanuts on each sides, top and
bottom. Shipping should be done via an overnight service, preferably with a morning delivery. Bring the items in as close
to the pickup time as possible. spoilage is not covered by insurance
Q: Are you UPS and FedEx?
A: No, we are not. We are under contract with UPS and FedEx.
Q: What do you not ship?
A: We cannot ship anything that is illegal, hazardous, or against regulations. This includes all alcohol, dry ice, aerosols,
